We’re growing! And with that growth, we’re now in need of an energetic customer service associate to field incoming calls, process customer requests, apply payments, issue invoices and provide general support for our products.

Detailed responsibilities will include setting up new accounts, taking and providing information, making account changes, and handling phone and email requests.

The new associate will also provide general clerical support by assisting patrons or customers; provide general or specific information; process requests for our services; research and compile information; maintain general office records; process mail; and assist with other tasks as needed.

Sales-Representative_

Location: Irving, TX

 

We’re now in need of an energetic Sales Representative to source leads, create sales quotes, follow up with prospective clients, enter detailed notes for each contact, create invoices, create activity reports and reach end of month sales goals.

Detailed responsibilities will include researching customers, looking for new leads through different sources of media and internet, creating quotes in QuickBooks, creating invoices, following up with main accounts, understanding retrofit projects and asking proper questions for installation, keeping up with forms of payment and more.

The new representative will also provide general clerical support by assisting patrons or customers; provide general or specific information; process requests for our services; research and compile information; and assist with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of work experience in any of the following roles: customer service or sales, account management, or administrative assistant.

You should apply if you are a very detailed and organized person who excels at multitasking. Technical thinking is critical, as you must understand our operation and application of our products to be able to serve our customers. A college degree is preferred.
