Sales representatives are the principal point of contact between Keyless.Co and our customers. Sales reps ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers. In many ways the face of the company, sales representatives may do everything from answering phones to monitoring the competition, all while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Detailed responsibilities will include researching customers, looking for new leads through different sources of media and internet, creating quotes in Salesforce, following up with main accounts, understanding retrofit projects and asking proper questions for installation, keeping up with forms of payment and more.
The new representative will also provide general clerical support by assisting prospects or customers; provide general or specific information; process requests for our services; research and compile information; and assist with other tasks as needed.
